Process

How a placement runs

  1. 1You order it from the vacant unit. UnitSimple already has the property, the home and the asking rent.
  2. 2We review the pricing and build the listing with the photos you provide or the ones already on file.
  3. 3The listing is published to the marketing channels UnitSimple supports for your property.
  4. 4Inquiries come to us. We answer them, qualify them, and follow up.
  5. 5Showings are coordinated. You tell us at the start who hosts them — you, a resident manager, an agent, or UnitSimple.
  6. 6Applications are taken through the normal application workflow.
  7. 7Screening is coordinated and the results are attached to the application.
  8. 8We review the applicants with you. You make the decision — always.
  9. 9The lease is prepared from your terms. Lease preparation is included; you are not charged for it twice.
  10. 10Signing is coordinated with you and the resident.
  11. 11Move-in runs through the normal move-in workflow: deposit recorded, condition documented, keys accounted for.
  12. 12The resident portal is activated and the placement is complete.

Everything above happens in the leasing workspace you already have. The service order is the summary — the listing, the applications and the lease are the same records they would be if you ran it yourself.
